MAKING MEMORIES

If I could give this six stars I would. Cassie and Gilbert’s Nest is a tiny home I would love to live in permanently. Set in a cute neighborhood the tiny home is placed in their urban garden backyard. The space is airy, stylish, and cozy. Cassie even went as far to get us some Paleo snacks! You will absolutely fall in love with this tiny home.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Air BnBs, and more than a handful of tiny-houses — and I can honestly say this is one of the best I’ve been in. Check-in was easy. Communication was great. The location is very convenient to anywhere in Phoenix. The neighborhood has great good — Tuck Shop should not be missed, just a block away. The tiny-house itself is setup perfectly for a traveler or two to stay in — just what you need, and nothing cluttering up the place that you don’t. The internet worked great. Bed is comfortable. Shower is tall enough for me at 6’3”. Bathroom and closet area is nice for storing luggage and getting ready. And the light and airy feel of the space is very welcoming. The back yard is super cute too. I will definitely be booking here again the next time I’m in Phoenix if it’s available!

Checked in by Cassie and she gave us a quick tour of their beloved tiny house. Was on a day long hike in the Sonoran desert right before and thought to myself, wouldn’t one of those cooling soothing beauty face mask feel good tonight. Guess what??? There was one stashed in the medicine cabinet. How did she know? Not only this tiny house is perfect, so is the host. The welcoming touches MADE my trip to Phoenix- the welcome note, cookies, rose, local coffee, fizzy water (can’t hydrate without it) and every appliance you may need. Thank you so much Cassie! I hope to come back. Much love from SF.

Easily the nicest, cutest, cleanest, funnest place we’ve ever stayed. Hosts anticipated everything. From the fresh baked snacks waiting for us, to the personal notes and touches, our expectations were exceeded. Conveniently located walking distance to great local restaurants and coffee shops, there are rentable Grid Bicycles a one minute walk to the corner for those who prefer to bike. Whether you are curious about tiny houses, or need a place to stay downtown, I can’t imagine there is a finer place to dwell.

The tiny home was incredible!!! It was very well decorated and in a great location. Cassie and Gilbert are amazing hosts as well and had snacks ready for us and greeted us in person when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Phoenix.

Staying at the Nest Tiny House was honestly better than anything I could have imagined. Corresponding with Cassie was quick and easy, and when we arrived she greeted us and showed us around. My boyfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary, so she decorated accordingly. As if that wasn’t sweet enough, she had a homemade banana bread (still warm!) waiting for us in the kitchen of the tiny house. The design of the place was very well thought out and beautifully designed. I was worried about feeling cramped, seeing as I’m 5’8” and my boyfriend is 6’1”, but it felt quite spacious! I loved being able to bring a piece of this place home through the tiny plants and planters available in the tiny house—such a cool concept! I definitely recommend Cassie and Gilbert’s place!

You can’t find a more unique and well setup spot to stay for a lone business traveler or quaint crash pad for a couple! They’ve outfitted this Tiny Home with all the necessities and then some. Tucked away close by to neighborhood breakfast and coffee places in the morning and quality establishments for evening libations! Can’t wait to book another stay with Cassie and Gilbert!

The Nest was amazing! We did a stay-cation for our anniversary and it felt almost like a mini-honeymoon all over again. The Nest is in a great location close to downtown and a bunch of cool restaurants and things to do. If you haven’t stayed in a tiny home or if you are a tiny home enthusiast, we highly recommend this one!

Cassie and Gilbert’s place is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny house and their place is clean and neat with modern furnishing. I’m vegan and Cassie was very accommodating by providing vegan treats. There are also some amazing vegan restaurants nearby and their place is also very convenient to the Phoenix airport.

If you have the chance, you need to visit the Nest! The hospitality was amazing, the tiny house was beautiful, and the restaurants near by are the cherry on top.

This tiny home is so incredibly thought-out and designed with such warmth, but also spot-on modern design. The location is terrific in terms of restaurants as well as the airport. Our hosts went above and beyond with little details that elevated our stay even more. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
